TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242 seems to suggest that the Santa Barbara mayor, the city council, the city administrator, and the city attorney might all be eligible for the federal death penalty, should a Santa Barbara resident or visitor experience a fatal collapse, as has increasingly been occurring elsewhere, including reported deaths of children forced by their schools to wear gaseous waste re-breathers, despite the fact that (1) children are at zero risk statistically of dying from “COVID-19”, and rarely experience more than mild symptoms, if any, and (2) known cases of children transmitting “COVID-19” to “grandma” or any other adult are rare (those adults terrified by this no longer “novel” virus, rather than muzzling, terrorizing, and harming both the physical and mental health of children, can presumably protect themselves by wearing their own face diaper, perhaps adding a plexiglas shield for good measure).
The City of Santa Barbara passed into law (not an “order”, not a “mandate”, not “guidance”) a GASEOUS WASTE RE-BREATHER (aka face diaper, aka face mask) ORDINANCE, on 28 APR2020, ten days AFTER the so-called (and never properly scientifically proven to exist as a distinct coronavirus) “COVID-19” virus HAD PEAKED on 18 APR.
The ordinance permits no exemptions, and imposes draconian penalties (up to SIX MONTHS IN PRISON).

It’s obvious from the CDC chart that, within a few days of its 18 APR peak, “COVID-19” (for purposes of this message, hereafter I will assume that this alleged virus actually exists as a distinct coronavirus, despite never having been properly scientifically identified) was clearly beginning to transform itself from a “novel” coronavirus to a common coronavirus, as do, by definition, all viruses that reach the herd immunity threshold, without regard to such human behavior as tyrannical, immune system damaging, economically devastating small business destruction (a feature of marxism), mass house arrests of healthy law-abiding citizens, idiotic edicts and mandates, and moronic hectoring.
According to the CDC, “COVID-19” has resulted in less than 10,000 (not 161,392)true USA fatalities to date, a small fraction of the fatalities that occur every year during the flu season:

I’m perplexed that the City of Santa Barbara not only is continuing this “COVID-19” hysterical propaganda well beyond the point where any of it can be justified, but is intensifying it, even to the point of positioning flashing highway construction area signs *** around the city flashing, 24 hours per day 7 days per week, arrogant messages commanding its citizens to debilitate their immune systems: WEAR A MASK; KEEP 6 FEET APART; STAY AT HOME TO STAY SAFE.

(1) WHY WAS THE CITY OF SANTA BARBARA’S GASEOUS WASTE RE-BREATHER ORDINANCE, WITH EXTREME PENALTIES, SIGNED INTO LAW TEN DAYS AFTER “COVID-19” HAD PEAKED?

(2) IS THE CITY OF SANTA BARBARA PROMOTING THE DANGEROUS WEARING OF FACE MASKS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE KICKBACKS OF FEDERAL MONEY FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA?
